measures 7 ¾” x 5 ¼”.
A progressive look at crimes committed by
children and how better methods of intervention might prevent them from
developing into habitual criminals. The book gives a detailed examination of
juvenile crime in terms of age, health, home life, gender, etc. and discusses
admonition, fining, corporal punishment and incarceration. While the author is
English, he uses a lot of data and crime statistics from the United
States. Very scarce book.
